2013: Turning the Tides in the AL East

All of us baseball fans have been following the recent trades and signings.  None more closely than the Toronto Blue Jays.

In the past month, the Blue Jays have acquired Mark Buehrle, Josh Johnson, and Jose Reyes in a blockbuster trade with the Marlins.  This trade now gives the Blue Jays the most dominate starting rotation in baseball with the exception of the Nationals and Giants.  The Jays are going to throw Johnson, Buehrle, and Morrow at you 3 out of every 5 days of the week, this makes them a contender.

We all know that Toronto can hit, but now that they've added Reyes at the top of the lineup to compliment Encarnacion and Bautista, I feel that the Blue Jays are not just a formidable opponent but a legitimate threat to win the AL East next season.

What do you guys think?  Will the Yankees, Orioles and Rays dominate again next season or will the Jays and Sox turn the tides?

You beat me to it Bill!  Their pitching rotation is just a total joke now.  Dickey, Johnson, Buehrle, and Morrow.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

Yeah I still don't understand the Youkillis thing.  12 Million for one year on a guy who is clearly declining...don't get it.

Well it looks like it will just be 2 companies for football cards next year and Topps is not one of them! What do you think?
